Bean Dip

- 1 can black beans
- 1 can white beans
- 1 can shoepeg corn (this is green giant, the kernels are just slightly smaller and sweeter)
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 - 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese (any kind you prefer)
- 1 can Herdez salsa verde (7 oz can)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Rinse beans in a colander, mix everything together in a 9x13 pan, bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
