Café Rio Dressing

  • 1 pkt buttermilk ranch dressing (make as per directions)
  • 2 tomatillos
  • 1 jalapeno (with or w/o seeds)
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of 1 lime

For better flavor roast tomatillos, jalapeno and garlic at 400 for 20 minutes blend all ingredients well, refrigerate.
