Café Rio Sweet Pork

- 3 lbs Pork Roast
- 16 oz. blender blended Salsa (Pace works, mild or medium)
- 1 can Dr. Pepper (Caffeine Free if desired)
- 2 c. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 a Crock pot of Water
- 1/2 pkt fajita seasoning
- 1 can green chilies
- 2 T. taco seasoning
Roast pork in crock pot, 1/2 full of water on high for 5 hours. Take pork out, drain liquid, cut roast in 3-4 sections, put back in crock pot with blended salsa, Dr. Pepper and brown sugar. Cook on high 3 more hours. Add fajita seasoning, green chilies and taco seasoning during last hour. Prior to serving pull the pork apart with 2 forks or use an egg beater (much faster).
