Chicken Thai Rice

Aunt Wendy's Chicken Thai Rice
Ingredients:
- 3-4 chicken breasts- cooked and chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups rice (uncooked)
Directions: 1. Cook the rice. 1. Simmer all the other ingredients in a large frying pan. 1. Just before serving add the rice to the pan. Serve with lime or lemon juice with cayenne or crushed pepper to taste. Serves about 4.
