Coleslaw

1 pkg ready cut coleslaw (cabbage); 1 small head of cauliflower chopped; 1 small head of broccoli chopped; 1/2 c. red onion chopped; 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
Dressing: 1/2 c. sugar; 1 pt. sour cream; 1/2 onion minced; 1 c. mayonnaise; 4 c. apple cider
- mix-put in jar and chill*
Layer half of the ingredients: 1/2 coleslaw (cabbage), 1/2 broccoli, 1/2 cauliflower, etc. Pour half of dressing mixture over coleslaw mixture. Repeat with other half of ingredients and other half of dressing. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Toss and serve!
Note: This recipe makes A LOT of dressing- enough to double the dry ingredients - or put in jar and save :)
