Curried Chicken with Rice

Chicken, cut up; bay leaf; salt; green pepper; mushrooms; pinch of oregano; pinch of sage; pinch of salt; Cornstarch (use to desired consistency); Rice

Boil chicken with bay leaf and salt. Remove meat from bones. To chicken broth, add cut up chicken, green pepper, mushrooms, pinch of oregano, sage and garlic salt. Thicken with cornstarch to desired consistency. Serve over rice. Top with garnishes.

Garnishes: chopped boiled egg; crumbled bacon; chopped ripe olives; chopped onion; chopped sauteed nuts (almonds, cashews); coconut
