Des Crepes

2 eggs (large); 2 Tbsp melted/soft butter; 1 c milk (if whole milk use 1/2 c); a pinch of salt; 1 c flour
Frappez.
Let sit for an hour to age.
Makes 16 crepes.
Toppings: ice cream, bananas, raspberries, butter, sugar cinnamon, etc.
