GERMAN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE

6 EGGS

1 CUP MILK

1 CUP FLOUR

1 TSP EACH OF VANILLA AND ALMOND EXTRACT

1/2 TSP SALT

DIRECTIONS:

SET THE OVEN TO 375 DEGREES FARANHEIT. MELT THE MARGARINE IN A 9X13 CAKE PAN. WHILE THE MARGARINE IS MELTING, COMBINE ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. ONCE THE BUTTER IS MELTED, POUR THE BATTER INTO THE 9X13 PAN. BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES UNTIL THE DOUGH IS GOLDEN BROWN AND THE EDGES CURL UP OUT OF THE PAN. TOP WITH SYRUP OR WHATEVER YOU LIKE ON REGULAR PANCAKES. SERVES 4.
