Hamburger Enchiladas

1 lb hamburger; onion chopped (to taste); salt and pepper (to taste); 1 small can enchilada sauce; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1/3 cup milk; 8-10 flour tortillas; Grated cheese (2 1/2 cups)
Brown hamburger; drain and add chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. Cook till onion is tender. Put 1 large spoonful of hamburger and a handful of cheese into tortilla; roll and place in 9 by 13 pan. Mix sauce, soup, and milk; pour over tortillas. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Top with grated cheese.
