Macaroni and Cheese

8 oz (2 cups) elbow macaroni; 3 Tbsp butter/margarine; 3 Tbsp flour; 2 cups milk; 1/2 tsp salt; Dash pepper; 2 Cups shredded processed cheese; Tomato slices.
Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain. Melt butter; blend in flour and add milk. Cook and stir till thick. Add seasonings. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese and stir until melted. Put cooked macaroni in greased 10 by 6" baking dish. Pour sauce over macaroni. Salt tomato slices and arrange on top, pushing edge of each slice into macaroni. Top with remaining cheese. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika.
