Pudding Cake

  • 1 box cake mix
  • 2 small boxes instant pudding
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 4 eggs

Mix for 5 min on medium speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes in bunt pan (or any pan you have that's big enough! Probably a 13 by 9) Cool in the pan 10-15 minutes. Loosen sides with a knife. Invert on rack to finish cooling. Frost.
