Stroganoff

1 bag curly noodles. Cook.
Sauce:
1 can of family canning beef chunks, drained (save the juice)
OR
1 lb hamburger (brown, rinse and drain, add salt and pepper to taste).
In the hamburger pan on the stove-top, add: 1/2 - 1 onion, to taste OR dry onions, to taste.
If using fresh onions, cook until onions are clearer, more transparent.
Add: 1 can cream of celery soup; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 8 oz sour cream (if desired); milk to desired consistency (if using hamburger) OR beef chunk juice.
Serve like spaghetti! Feeds 4-5 people.
