Sweet and Sour Chicken

3 lbs. chicken breast; 1/2 c. cornstarch; 1/2 c. flour; 3 beaten eggs
Sauce: 1/2 c. chicken broth; 1/2 c. sugar; 1 c. vinegar; 8 Tbsp. catsup; 2 Tbsp. soy sauce; salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and accent (opt.) and let sit in fridge for 1 hour. Combine cornstarch and flour. Coat chicken with flour mixture then dip in egg and fry in oil. For sauce, heat broth, sugar, vinegar, catsup, soy sauce and salt and pepper until dissolved. Thicken with leftover flour/cornstarch mixture. Line chicken in baking dish. Pour sauce over and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min- 1 hour. Turn chicken every 15 min.
