Sweet and Sour Meatballs

1 1/2 lbs ground beef; 2/3 cup cracker crumbs; 1 shake onion; 1 egg; 1 1/2 tsp salt; 1/4 c milk; 2 Tbsp corn starch; 1/2 c packed brown sugar; 1 can pineapple tidbits (save juice); 1/3 c vinegar; 1 Tbsp soy sauce; 1/3 c chopped green pepper

Mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, egg, salt, and milk. Form into 1 inch balls. Cook meatballs. Mix cornstarch and brown sugar. Stir in pineapple juice, vinegar, and soy sauce until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and finally boils. Stir and boil one minute. Add meatballs, pineapple and green peppers. Heat through and serve over rice.
